The purpose of this privacy policy is to provide information about how Beca Russell Designs Limited collect, process and store data, as well as providing details on how you can request details of what information we hold about you and how you can ask for this to be removed.

How we Procure Data

We gather our information on the basis of Consent – where the individual has given us clear consent to process their personal data for a specific purpose.  This consent may have been given at a craft fair or similar event, online via our website or by other written or electronic means.

The only personal information we collect will consist of some or all of the following information.

Although it is possible to purchase via our website we do not recorded or retain any Credit/Debit card information.

How we use your data

We will only use your data for marketing purposes.  The data we hold will be used to contact you with details of our products, special offers, recent news or our latest newsletter.  Should you choose to enter one of our competitions then you will be notified whether or not you have won.

Sharing Data

We do not share your data with any external company or service including Google Analytics. We guarantee that your data remains within our organisation and will not be sold or shared.

If you would like to see the information we hold on you then please contact us at steve@becarussell.co.uk stating that you would like to review your data.

You have the right to access, update, and correct inaccuracies in your personal information that we have in our control. You may request the updating and corrections of inaccuracies in personal information we hold about you by emailing us at steve@becarussell.co.uk. We may request certain personal information for the purposes of verifying the identity of the individual seeking access to their personal information records.

If you would like us to erase the personal information that we hold on you then please contact steve@becarussell.co.uk and we will action this.

Should you wish to simply stop receiving information from us there are a number of ways you can do this.

Click the ‘unsubscribe’ link that is at the bottom of most emails we send. Should this option not be available then we will state that to unsubscribe you simply need to reply to the email with ‘unsubscribe’ in the Subject field

We will process your request within 30 days, this service will be free of charge.
